Dr. Marianne Beisheim attended the International Studies Association's 58th Annual Convention held in Baltimore from 22^nd until 25^th February 2017. The Conference was themed “Understanding Change in World Politics”. She presented a paper titled Multi-stakeholder Partnerships for Sustainable Development: Lessons Learned and Actor’s Views on UN Meta-governance on the panel “After Paris II: Nonstate actions and global governance for climate and sustainability”. In the presentation she discussed research results on success factors of partnerships and whether relevant actors are inclined to translate lessons learned into meta-governance at the UN-level.
